hello ,
yes you need to get stronger , it might not be a matter of simply
adding weight but to work out And eat a diet for athletes .
hopefully it will bulk up your physique in a muscular healthy way .
no point just adding pounds .

be good

As long as you are eating healthy. Stay as your body maintains itself. If you have been losing weight without a reason, see a doctor. If you feel you are too thin, eat a healthy diet that can add weight slowly and increase your exercise so you add muscle and not fat. Best to you and welcome to the blogs. Don't loose or gain weight to please someone else. Be what makes you feel the best.

You should do whatever YOU want to do. As long as you are healthy and your weight isn't considered a potential risk to your health (see Body Mass Index for details) then who cares what other people want.

Imagine if most of the people on here were chubby chasers, they would want you to fatten up until you are damaging your health.

Be whatever makes me comfortable and happy, and F anyone who tells you to drastically change just for them.

A balanced diet and proper exercise. Your body will then dictate it's size. Please yourself first.

Frailty isn't a good thing for a young person. We all have more than enough years when much older to experience that.

Overall, what matters most is what you're happy with.

I am not a doctor, but I guess you need to see one. Soon. He - or she - is the only person, who could say, whether your BMI is healthy or not and could adress you with responsible advise.

To do what the majority wants or likes makes never a good decision, for the majority is a hydra with a million selfish heads and even more riven tongues.

Gain a little if you can to be healthy but mostly do what makes you happy and prevents you from getting hurt when your master throws you over his shoulder and takes you off to be claimed

Your body's metabolic rate dictates your sz/weight if your eating a healthy diet..if your happy healthy and content with your bmi and not starving yourself to be like it why worry what others think..its your body ..love it..be proud of it ☺

I think you look great. Never subject yourself to what someone else wants. It's your body, wear it the way you like that pleases you. I'm sure anyone that did not like your body most likely does not like their own. Bristow, I know where that is. We raced mx at a track there.
