The adjoining rooms can be rented individually. Or both so you have a private bath. The Master has a huge bathroom with garden tub and shower. Security deposit is equal to the monthly rent, or less if you are taking both adjoining rooms. Home is 5,000 sq-ft with a huge kitchen, family room, living room, formal dining room, kitchen nook, laundry room, huge patio with swimming pool and waterfall. Share with 2 adults currently. When all rooms filled will have 4-5 people here. This is an LGBTQ friendly home. You must have a steady income and transportation.
I'm very open minded and love to experience new things. There are few things that are hard limits. I'm experienced and enjoy many things. Nothing really embarrasses me, so ask all the questions you like.
